Toasted Coconut and Pineapple Margarita

Add the coconut to a small dry saucepan and heat over medium until lightly browned. Set aside.
Step 2
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add the blanco tequila, pineapple juice, fresh lime juice and agave nectar. Shake well. Add the coconut cream and stir it in.
Step 3
Fill a margarita glass with ice and pour the margarita over the ice. Garnish with a pineapple slice, lime slice and toasted coconut.
